Our Facilities Take Pride in Providing
Home Cooked Meals
We create healthy and balanced custom meal plans for all of our residents based on their personal health history, dietary needs, and preferences.
Medication Assistance
Our caregivers help manage prescriptions by administering the prescriptions at prescribed times and keeping all prescriptions properly and securely stored.
Personal Maintenance
Our caregivers are always ready to take care of all of our residents needs including personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and hair maintenace and styling.
Mobility Assistance
Our homes are wheelchair accessible and our caregivers are trained in using mobility assinstance equipment for transfer to and from bed and wheelchair.
Daily Activities
Daily exercise and group activities like gardening, arts and crafts, religious services, and other activities keep our residents busy and socialy active.
Special Events
We observe most holidays and welcome family and friends to join our celebrations, birthdays, anniversaries, and other special events throught the year.
We offer the highest level of professional care.
We believe in personalized care. Every resident is unique and their needs are too.
We document each residents personal health history and activities daily and in detail. Any changes in diet, mental health, incident reports, and any other concerns are thouroughly documented by our caregivers and shared with appropriate health care professional and family members. We are in constant contact with our residents personal health care professionals and work with them on a daily basis to make sure our residents get the best care possible.

We hire only the most caring and compassionate caregivers that share our values and passion for caring for our elders and the disabled. Our caregivers are licensed, trained, and maintain their skills through continuing education programs.
Levels of Gentle Care
Before we admit a resident to our facility we do a comprehensive health assessment and interview to learn about our new resident and find out what they need and how to best care for them.
Based on the residents health assessment we offer one of four levels of care available in our home: Independent Care, Assisted Care, Mental Health Care, and Pre-Hospice/End of Life Care. The level of care determines how much assistance and attention each resident needs and wants and we customize a care plan for each resident based on their personal prefereces.
Independent Care
For residents who want the freedom to enjoy their life in a comfortable home and have all their basic needs met within a small group that feels like a family without the burdens of day to day life maintenance like laundry and keeping track of medication.
Assisted Care
Just life Independent Care residents are free to enjoy life and have their basic needs taken care of, but with a lot more personal support with mobility, meals, basic hygiene, and specialized medical equipment.
Mental Health Care
A special level of care we created for our residents with Demetia, Alzheimer's, and other mental illnesses. Like the Assisted Care level it includes a lot more personal assistance with routine basic needs, but with a heavy emphasis on mental health treatment and procedures.
Pre-Hospice Care
For our seniors at the end of their journey's we offer a special level of care. This is the most difficult time in a person's life and we do everything we can to make sure our residents can find their peace and have access to any servies they desire.
